RANKED SOLO/DUO : Why not insert kick vote in champion select? When you are in champ select if someone troll just write /kick (name) and then the rest of the team do same .... if there are 4 kick vote he is driven

Benjaling2 votesI don't entirely agree, and think that it could be a good mechanic.... The entire team would have to vote, and usually there would be at least one person who doesnt mind a non-meta pick.
Deep Terror Nami3 votesThere is a problem with this, though; it is quite often that when somebody doesn't get what they want, or somebody else picks something strange, they start being toxic either in chat or by the way they play (or don't play if they AFK). The group not kicking somebody they don't want to team with (say, someone using a new champ in ranked) is just another excuse those people will use to be toxic, sometimes perpetuating a cycle of toxicity.
Kicking a player who may be toxic sounds good in theory, but actually putting immediate disciplinary methods in the hands of the average player is a sure way to punish thousands who didn't deserve it.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesI wouldn't be too against not losing LP/Promo over leaving; but there would have to be some repercussion remaining. I think getting last pick for the next 3 games (stacking each time) and having an increasing wait timer to queue would be enough. People would rather troll a game and probably lose 20 LP than lose 3 LP and dodge because they didn't get their role.
