Full-screen Client out of game?

I was thinking that after logging in, you can set you Client window to full-screen(If desired) instead of stretching the window to the desired size. It isn't a big deal but I would enjoy to have the option to do so, although I'm not sure how others would feel about. I feel like that being able to see more of the Champion/skin shop and profile tab would be more enjoyable.
