Queue dodging vs crashing

A client crash should never result in me dropping queue, let alone penalizing me. It is really simple: Add a button to actually leave the queue. It's simple. If someone hasn't selected by the end of their allotted time, they dodge. This would allow people who have client crashes to actually reconnect in time to choose etc.
