Talon Theory

I know this may seem weird, but I had A LOT of downtime to be thinking about this. Nobody knows of Talon's origins, so it's very easy to create a theory about him. I've noticed that there are only three champions in League of Legends that has a bleed as either a skill or a passive. Those three champions are Noxian, and they are Darius, Draven, and Talon. Darius and Draven are brothers, as most of us probably already know, and well, we don't know where Talon came from. All three of them have darker hair and deeper voices, and as I've already spoken of, they're the only three champions with a bleed skill and/or passive. What if Talon is somehow related to them in a way?

I would like feedback as to whether this could be somewhat accurate or not. Maybe I'm missing something in Darius and Draven's lores that could hint to us as whether it could possibly be true or not. Of course, this is only a theory I thought of, and it was meant for fun. cx
