Streaming league of legends the cheap way

Hello. I wanted to know what kind of upgrades to my computer I can make so I can stream properly but also as least exspensive as possible. I want to stream the game league of legends of course. my processor is Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3220 @ 3.00GHz installed ram is 4.00 GB 64 bit operating system. A speed test website says I get 16.81 mbps download and 10.72 upload. The last time I tried streaming it would give me an error of "High encoding" Thanks for the help anyone c:

Random thought, but i hope you are just streaming for fun, otherwise the streaming market is so saturated you need a visible profile to really get anything out of it.

I just want to stream to have fun and hopefully teach anyone who is watching me or even learn myself from them.
