Inevitable defeat, when you realize what is in your face when you see your teammate standing on platform without any bought items and stand till end of the game, or in most needed time in game break points you hear SOMEONE (from your team) DISCONNECTED

I HATE THIS SHIT

In moment when you sit down and press button PLAY, there should no be excuses for afk, especially for RANKED games... really no IF you have to go to work DONT PLAY RANKED, ** IF** you have to go to grocery store, or to school, or I DONT GIVE A SHIT WHERE, dont f*king press button PLAY!!!!

PUNISHMENT

there should be like punishment for leaving game for example if you leave game 1 day of ban on any normal game (all games with other players, abys, 3v3 5v5, draft, blind or RANKED) if you do it again, in same week, whole week ban from playing normal games if you repeat after, month ban from normal games!

and if someone leave ranked game... well for first leave or afk the day for leaver should be over and 24hr ban for playing any game mode no training, no custom, no normal no bots... ZERO TOLERANCE IF someone dont get that warning and do it AGAIN then suspension should be really effective and helpful for everyone in ranked system and BAN that piece of shit for whole month from ranked system and decrease 5 divisions and if there is person who really REALLY dont have respect and DO IT AGAIN, well I recommend there should be BAN FOR WHOLE SEASON from ranked system

and RIOT team should ofc prevent this stuff, for example, when you SELECT RANKED, and you PRESS PLAY, there should be like some kind of test maybe just question with _"are you sure that you want to play RANKED GAME" _ or just in case test with 5 random questions with 3 possible answers just in case, or the best thing I THINK..........** IQ TEST BEFORE EVERY RANKED GAME** (well not for every but first ranked game test)

or maybe also to add requirements for ranked minimum 300 win of normal games

I DO respect system, and before playing ranked game I ask my self do I have some stuff to do, do I have somewhere to go, if I dont ofc I can play, if I am short with time, need just first win of the day, or to test skills, champion, masteries, or anything else, I play co-op game I have never leave a game, ever in my life (ranked or normal) co-op maybe 5-10 times in 3 years of playing but that is all

Riot already punishes leaves/AFKs in Ranked much more harshly than in other matches.

Zero tolerance is not a very good idea for something like this. I play a hundred matches with no issue, my ISP glitches out for a few minutes, and I get banned for a day, or a week, or a month? Uh, no.

I'm pretty sure you can already get Ranked restriction for AFKing repeatedly in Ranked matches.

I agree, except on a few things, the punishments listed here are too harsh for first/second time offenders and it should be made clear that it should only happen to people who intentionally leave by clicking the exit button. Disconnecting through internet or connection issues with Riots servers should not enable this. Also, the other thing I don't agree on is the reasons to leave, School? Don't click it. Dinner? Don't click it. However sometimes family emergencies do occur.

you are blaming the players. you should be blaming riot.

LoL games can be up to an hour long. in a game that long real life stuff is going to come up. real life always should take priority over a video game. we aren't LCS players. we are playing a video game for fun.

all riot needs to do is put in a replacement player system for when people leave and the problem would be solved. why don't they? they are too lazy. easier for them to try to blame the players.

every other team pvp video game I have played you can leave whenever you want and a different player replaces you. riot is really dropping the ball on this and players are suffering.

well maybe its overkill BUT, my experience is very bad when is about leavers and afk example, this year season 5 start and 10 placement matches I won 6 of 10 and we had 6 games with afkers 1 game was afk in enemy team that we won, and one game is with 2 fking afkers in my team and we won 3v5 I think I might even have ss of that score so if you calculate and before you enter in ranked game you know you have more then 50% chance to get fking afker....what is the point, that is reason why I dont play ranked....

I would really like to find solution for internet problems and instead getting leave punishment to change status from leaver to loss prevented, coz that is really out of hand of anyone, you can have best internet on the world, but if provider maintain network and you suffer internet loss, its a problem, byt I dont think there is solution for that, coz

example I am in game, we losing fard, its 5th min of game and enemy is already fed and result is 15-0 for enemy, I dont see why should I stay and I want to leave, but I cant coz I will get leaver status amd get baned, bud there is solution, I would unplug modem, or reset router or unplug lan cable... so I will physically have internet problems and prof for that its easy to abuse that stuff

and there is no satisfaction in loosing is there? and there is no virtual-real life difference, its all real life for me, if I need to spent 1 hour to play game its from my life real or virtual, so if I decide to play with passion and 100% of me I expect everyone to do the same if me and 3 other persons give all from them to win and one fag decide to leave a game, its one hour lost and its on end filled with anger, disappointment and stress

if I dint left any ranked game ever, since season 3, I expect the same from anyone else, RANKED should be for dedicated people, for whom game maters so when someone is about to start ranked he should not have anything on the world, except to give 100% to win game and IF is something about to come up that can happens once, not to 7 persons in 6 different games in a row...
