Janna/Soraka + more 4-7 Mastery Taunt Bug [Gameplay]

This isnt much of a bug, but in my support ticket i submitted i was suggested to post this here...it 100% happens everytime always, some champions life bars are higher in game then they are on others, example Janna floats making her life bar twice as high as others, i really cant believe nobody else has complained about this (guess support mains dont exist or they dont play janna/soraka lol) but the lvl 4-7 mastery emote sits in the middle of the health bar and isnt even really visable regardless of skin used, i own most of Soraka skins and forcast janna and classic also happens on, not like on other champions, im sure theres other champions ive yet to mastery level up because i just came back but im level 7 janna, and i am very sad to see how ugly my emote is, my duo draven perfect sits atop of his health bar clearly visable, well mine is stuck in my health bar, its 4,5,6 and 7, 4 and 5 have been out for a while now im pretty sure? so this is kinda nuts that its still like that, my friend sees it on his screen and so does everyone else, its not like its just my client doing it, so please i'd appreciate this fixed asap as i do enjoy spamming the mastery well my abilities are on cooldown, gives me something to do :D lol and looks pretty for the most part, ive sent screen shots in my support ticket no idea how to put screen shots here, but you guys can easily reproduce this just by going into game on Janna - soraka and doing the mastery taunt lol
