Man I want is that jack of hearts TF skin
I have 259 rp and jack of hearts tf is 260. :( so I'm just wondering am ow many others have faced this problem before where a skin is on sale and they are just 1 rp short?

In Korean Server, if you post a thread via the homepage regarding that issue, you get up to 30 RP. I'm not sure about NA server, though. I think they'll fill it up for you. It's 1rp ffs.
Draw a picture.(or something similar) Open a ticket or a board thread here and post your pic/art/etc. (Preferably a ticket) And ask Riot for 1 RP. They will do up to a free 40ish RP if you're short for a skin.
