Twisted Fate gold counter isn't updating for the event

The event isn't updating past 7953 gold for me on TF's path. I've played a bunch of ARAM and tried restarting the client but no go, still stuck at 7953 even though I know I've earned more than that. Anybody else encountering this bug?
