ideas for punishment of vocal toxic behavior

How about a permanent chat ban not only would that solve most of the toxicity issues but it would allow them to cool off over time! sometimes its hard "when i lose cause of smurfs" to contain myself but thats all the more reason to implement this it would prevent vocally toxic behavior from that player for good! "unless they make a new account"
