Leavers/ AFKs need to be dealt with more severely

I have had had too many losses in ranked soloq this season because of leavers/AFKs. I don't think that the punishment to them is anything that wouldn't mind doing again after the first time and i believe that this needs to be dealt with. I have lost almost 30 games this season because someone either joins very late and we have no chance to win when our ad loads into game 12 to 15 minutes in or the just never decide to play. It is making me very mad that the team mates get nothing as well no loss forgiven, no one will look at this game at riot and decide on their own if the teammates should get a loss forgiven or anything. I could be higher in the ranking than i am right now and it is starting to make me irritable on this system

Wouldn't mind harder punishments for those who ruin your games by intentionally afking/trolling.

But those who get DC'd and can't re-connect and those who just do poorly while breaking the meta (most likely to be considered a troll) are going to get banned for no reason, that's why we need the tribunal.....
