Kicking summoner when picking champions.

I thought about vote feature which allows us to kick someone when picking champions in ranked and start a new game. This would be very useful because of all "MID OR FEED, MID OR TROLL" or whatever other line guys. They dont respect pickorder, and sometimes others wont let them so we end up with 2 mid, or 2 junglers, and game is basically screwed. I'm gonna be honest, im in bronze, but i cant leave because of games like that, i have 2 good games, with normal team, then 2 with trollers, or someone let their younger brother on computer and he just wanders around, and im just tapping in place.

It would be a vote feature, so, anyone can start a vote on any member they think it deserves to be kicked out of champion pick, and other vote, it can be like votes for surrender, 4 out of 5 votes grants kick, and that parson gets penalty like he dodged a game. PLEASE LET THIS HAPPEN.
