Since Taric is not coming out for another patch, how about you tell us something about the rework.

Some of us have been waiting since the end of last year for something (anything) to come out regarding the Taric rework. This is due to statements made by Riot employees that stated he would come out late last year or early this year. And even though he is a full fledged complete rework that is the next project to be released Zyra seems to be the main focus of disscusion for riot employees. A partial rework, one of multiple champions, said to come out after taric. So please now that meddler has confirmed him not coming out in 6.7, how about you give us something (Really anything) about his rework.

Repertoir has already talked about Taric two months ago. And i also mentioned that Zyra has been a major point of discussion on these forums in the recent weeks (one example is here http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/developer-corner/xVQr7ihf-mid-year-mage-updates-zyra-direction). And although that is great and optimally how every rework should be handled i find it somewhat crude to tease Taric for so long without giving us any context to his design space, visual update or anything regarding his rework other then Repertoir mentioning that he will be a Battle healer two months ago (the rest of the post about taric was really vague).

Edit: To also add another point. To add to your point of him not being on the pbe. Dont you think there should be a transition or that a transition would make the introduction of a champion or a champion rework smoother (like it has done before) instead of it being: there is no information available or he is out on the pbe fully fledged and only numbers will change from that point on. Two contrary extreme points with no middle ground really.

i'd like to get more insight .. not only on the actuall changes ... but also on the steps which are necessary for developing/reworking champ ...
