I agree, Aatrox DrMundo Garen Kennen Mordekaiser Shen Shyvana Vladimir Zac are broken and need more nerfs.

I think the guys that you're angry about are broken for reasons OTHER than their manalesness.

I think the terms you're looking for are "Resourceless" and "Low Energy Cost."

Also, I wouldn't call it a "rise of the manaless masterrace" when this has been happening for two seasons now.
