Why cant we have the Brazil Event?

It's an exclusive event, like the one that happened in the Oceania server at the start of this year. Maybe in another moment Europe and North America can have some exclusive events too.

I created a thread about this event and asked community if they would like something like this. I think they were not very much interested (maybe it was my fault for forgetting to add a poll)
