lag?
my last game everyone in the game was having such bad lag that no one could move skills wouldnt activate, i was ryze and i could use maybe 2 skills at a time. both teams at certain points stopped moving and couldnt do anything.

I think something with servers because I keep getting disconnected like three times per match.
