Remake option has its bad sides?

OK, let's start with saying that my first thoughts on /remake were positive, but, recently it's becoming frustrating... Recent problems on EUNE resulted in many of my friends getting low queue priority... Examples:

1. My friends cant connect, team remakes vote yes, spams leaver troll etc, even though i keep trying to explain that its not his fault, reports my friend, he ends up with 20min waiting time
2. My friends client crash, same thing, no1 listens, queue up for 20 minutes etc... Is there a way behind this? Can it be fixed somehow? I mean, remake is good for these situations, but my experience is that it's not players fault they cant connect, even though trying countless times...
