Drop Hackers

Has anyone else had a problem with these people. In a few ranked games i get dropped mid battle then when i try to rejoin i can move my champ but everything else is frozen. I believe it is a drop hack because when i reconnect i get taunts from the enemy team. It happens at key points in fights, i believe that RIOT needs to work on these hackers. Another problem I see, it is just a theory and i don't know if riot can do anything is friends go in games vs each other and one friend makes the other win intentionally this happens way more often then the drop hacks.
