i have a hard time grinding out ip for a champ such as lucian or Yasuo simply because of the price i make on average 70-100 ip a game at best i'm looking at 70 games for champions that cost 6300. what can i do to unlock champions of higher price faster or more efficiently or more effectively.

Spend money. I'm not trying to be a wise-guy here. It's how Free-to-Play games work. For League, IP is rewarded based on time played, modified by winning/losing, so there is no effective way to modify IP gained outside of boosts.
You can either spend money or buy an IP boosts (i.e. spend money).
