I Agree To A Lie

So today I wanted to play some LOL with a few friends of mine.

We go through champ select and get into the game.

I hit 100% loading.

I wait.

I wait.

Etc.

5 literal minutes later, while I've been on Skype the whole time uninterrupted, hearing my enemies get levels and objectives, the LOL client tells me that I have "Disconnected".

I have to click to reconnect, and finally another 60 seconds later I get into the game.

Everyone else is now level 6, my enemy ADC has 60 cs, while I'm level 1. We of course lose because of this level and player advantage, but fortunately because we've been on Skype the whole time we can force a surrender at 20 minutes.

And then to top it all off, I get some prompt saying I have to type "I Agree".

Is this a joke? Some sort of sick joke? You just waste 20 minutes of my life and force me to act like it was in any way my fault if I want to keep playing the game!

I would really like an apology. If my friends weren't still on Skype (because I had no internet issues whatsoever on my end) inviting me to play another, I would have dropped this game. Frankly it was just rude.
