Kennen Skin

I have been playing since season 3 and Kennen has been my favorite champion ever-since. Every time there is a patch I look to see what new skins have hit the PBE and I am disappointed week in and week out. I know that other old champions need skins too, but Kennen has seen alot of popularity in the LCS throughout the years and I think he deserves a new skin.
