Oddly higher ping.

Since I switched to Rogers internet about 2-3 weeks ago, my ping has been 95-120 and spikes horribly to 500 and disconnects me for a good 3 seconds, before Rogers I had Techsavvy and even then I got a steady 83 ping and it would spike sometimes but not too often, anyone else?

might have to talk to your isp about that and check it out with them. It could also mean that the "Rogers internet" exchange is further away from you than the techsavvy internet exchange.
