Available team chat box on load screen while game is loading?

So it's kinda boring to wait for the game to load and sometimes you need to tell your team some important stuff... yes.. you can just Alt+Tab and watch youtube vids or something but just a thought y'know...

I feel like it would help with communication because your not trying to type things in game because your champ select was to fast. But I imagine the codes they would have to fit in during it would cause the loading to take longer. I feel like you should be able to alt tab out of loading back to the lol home program and have a "team chat" room where u could type
