Is it me or does the jinx skin not look gangster? When i think of a mafia skin or mafia in general i think of 1920s gangster what the jinx skin looks like doesnt look like gangster :/ It looks like a wedding skin :p idk i think it coulda been better!
I think the 'Mafia' aspect of the skin alludes to an entertainer at a known mob club. If you look at it closely, she's on a stage in the splash art.

I was actually thinking more along the lines of Mardi Gras, myself. I mean, you have Mafia Graves, and even Gangster Twitch. Those two both pull the theme off much better. I agree that I don't really get the whole 'Mafia' vibe from the skin.
