Block League Of Legends (Time Clock) (MAC)

I have found a way to block LoL temporarily for personal uses. I'm doing to speak personally about my experience with this incredible game. I'm currently between jobs and I have plenty of time on my hands. I used to work for Apple and I'm heavy into the tech world. I have decided that I want to pick up mobile development and not be restricted by Apple's no compete clause which prevents me from developing. Sorry for the details but I wanted to set the tone for the conversation. Self Control. Experts say that when learning you should take a ten minute break every hour. This is an excellent way for your brain to absorb the information you are taking in without exhausting your focus. For example I'm touching up my knowledge of HTML5 using lynda.com which is excellent because I'm a visual learner. I would learn a few lessons adding up to about an hour and take a game break. After the end of the break I would get back to work for another hour. Repeat. The only issue is LoL is extremely addicting and usually after the second cycle I cave in and just game for the rest of the day/night. Remember. Personal experience. I have come up with a different solution; blocking LoL completely for a period of time and spend my ten minutes on something else. Maybe go outside and see the bredful sun lol. Night person. To ensure my future I need to block LoL until my work is done and not allow myself to cheat. Here is how I do it.

Set a timer on SelfControl and get your work done.
The timer will keep working even if you quit the app, force quit or even restart your computer but sorry this guide only works for Macs but I'm sure there is a program like it for windows.

P.S. Once the timer is up you will have to restart LoL Launcher
