It's actually kind of unlikely that Taric's rework will be released alongside Aurelion Sol considering it's only now getting its teaser. It's more likely we'll see it launched in the patch following the Aurelion Sol patch, unless they decide to cut down the time it sits around on the PBE for testing and feedback by a fair chunk.
