Leaver Buster

I really enjoyed playing this game with my boyfriend ,whom I live with, until my recent leaver ban. I have only left two games- one because my internet cut out in my area and the other because the game crashed on the loading screen. For both of these, my boyfriend was also booted of of the game. He has also left a few games voluntarily. After my first leave because of the internet I received a level one leaver penalty. I e-mailed Riot about it via this site and was told nothing could be done about it. The next day I queued for a game with my boyfriend, the game crashed on the loading screen for both of us. We both then relogged, and finished the game. Afterwards I received a notice from Leaver Buster stating that my account was banned for a day, yet my boyfriend has received nothing. No level one penalty or anything. I once again e-mailed Riot and was told nothing could be done about it and that an automated system was the one that sent out the bans and penalties. The game is fun, but under no circumstance would I waste money on a game that would ban me for it crashing, or on a game that does not distribute these bans evenly if that is how they choose to operate their systems. I am more than likely deleting this game and I cannot imagine myself ever playing another Riot game if you do not change your banning system.
