I hate the leaver buster thing so far!!!

So i understand how the leaver buster can be effective. making people type "i agree" if they afk. I think its a great idea. Recently, my first encounter with this did nothing but anger me. My PC usually works perfectly, but for some reason the summon screen never popped up and for almost 15 mins i sat there frustration trying to figure out how to reconnect. After many different attempts i finally disconnected and reconnected and the game began to work perfectly. After the match, i was prompted to type "i Agree" to never dc basically despite the fact that it was my last attempt at actually joining the match. I don't know if this will happen again, but i don't doubt that it will be the last time....I have no clue how to prevent this error from happening.
