There is more and more ppl farming ip in a bots game, they pick teemo and do nothing, what happened?!

I haven't seen anything like this; however pvp seems to be filling up with more quitters eager to either ragequit or give up. It's boring playing 4v5 every game.

If what you say is true then its A 50/50 Chance to get a quitter/afk so it wouldnt always be 4x5 it could be 4v4 5v5 etc the limit does not exist, Kappa

Kappa can take a hike, obviously the past month is insignificant compared to the past year. Considering the first few days after each patch makes their servers noticeably unstable.
