Is this the future of LoL?

Guys... Latelly i've found too much people that are constantly feeding and trolling... I report and keep reporting but nothing is happening. Are reports being ignored? because i dont want the future of league of legends to be people bronze and silver that just feed alot... im lvl26 and i still find people that do that! I think riot has to start paying more attention to reports.
