Who's at fault .. ?

You just joined a ranked game, last pick again. The lobby isn't as talkative as the last one though, only one player has said anything. Their words read:

Everyone keeps pretty quiet, only ban suggestions are further made. First pick calls support, which is pretty nice since no one seemed to want it, you even consider honoring him in the post-game lobby. The enemy team locks in Vayne and Garen, not much new there, just about your average game.

As Champion select continues you remember how close you are to your promotion for Gold, although it is your third try, getting kind of tedious.. Two games back you were at 73 Lp, and last game was a win, so that means if you win this game you're in your series! Very exciting, but almost stressful all the same. You just hope that the odds of matchmaking are in your favor, not in terms of skill, but you want cooperative players that don't leave the game early or cuss anyone out, after all, you're teammates for at least twenty minutes, might as well as make the best of it.

xXbestsingedna_6996Xx doesn't say anything else, he simply locks in Malphite with Clarity and Meditate. This worries you greatly; 'What about my series? My Victorious skin? All the work I put into this season? Stopped just because some crummy kid?' You don't dare say this in the chat, for all you know, CertainlyT could have something do with this you could get banned! Not that there aren't other MoBAs out there, but you are really dedicated to League of Legends, love the characters, the competition, and you've spent at least $200 on it. You can't risk all that with a few words. You keep quiet. You comply. It's a game.

As the dinosaur of a client works its gears to get the game up and running, all you can think about is how awful that Malphite it going to make the next twenty minutes of your life, how many times you'll hear the words, "An ally has been slain" by a Vayne and Garen pick, only boosting their confidence and putting you down more. Why did that Wukong have to make that pick? Couldn't he just give up his position for a game? And why does Malphite have to over react? All these thoughts are flying through your head as you spawn on the Rift.

The game goes fairly normal until the 1:30 mark. Malphite emerges from the base equipped with only a pair of boots and he darts straight down middle lane, spamming the ridiculous amount of pings that are allowed "On my way pings" to the enemy Nexus.
This puts you into a fury of rage! "I knew I should have dodged! I knew this Malphite would troll us! I knew I shouldn't have purchased that over priced PROJECT bundle!"

As angry as you get as you try to focus on last hitting creeps, looking at the timer every few seconds, waiting for the hour 20 to dawn on you.. you hold your tongue. You don't say anything to the Malphite. You don't say anything to your team. You don't even ping.

You can't do anything. But Malphite can. He gets to ruin your game, waste your time, and no one will even bat an eye. With the little amount of motivation in you, you type only one thing that game.

"please report malphite." "thanks"

The enemy doesn't respond at first, but as you were typing this, Alistar Flash Pulverizes you, and head butts you into Vayne's condemn, that ultimately pins you in the far brush in an instant, directly into your death. Vayne proceeds to type:

You first get upset over the death, now you look like as much of a feeder as Malphite, but then you look towards Janna! Where was she? No tornado??? You begin to think the most demeaning thoughts about this player, its all her fault now! But you don't dare say a thing to her in chat; not with so much at cost. You put out two words;

"no nado ?"

She simply responds:

You forgive her. As you respawn, you buy a pair of boots, and another Doran's blade. You see that Malphite is still going at it down middle,

"An ally has been slain"

He is now 0/6, only ten minutes in, and he managed to complete mobility boots with a home guard enchantment. Instead of going down mid this time when he spawns, he walks up towards top. As he suicides into Garen, Wukong stops and kind of sits there, doing an idle animation, almost like he was afk, but he wasn't. He was typing.

The game continues until the twenty minute mark, at which everyone immediately hits surrender, Vayne and Garen simultaneously say "gg ez", and you once more say;

"report malphite pls" A couple of your teammates say "Report Malphite AND Wukong for Toxic."
