Chat restricted for 72 games?

While sometimes i do tend to be on the more emotional side of things in game, always seem to keep my composure. Today, I played 6 games with friends of mine. Not in any of the 6 games that I played was there and toxicity or verbal abuse of any kind; However, when i left League of Legends for a few hours then logged back in, I had a chat restriction penalty for 72 games. What have I done wrong? Did riot chat restrict the wrong account? Or was not trash talking the enemy team a violation of its own?I really need to find the answer to this as it prevents me from communicating with my team when I believe I have not done anything wrong.
