So I keep getting a bunch of skins for champs I already have. What about being able to forge for a new skin permanent if you use ones you already have? Perhaps the quality of the skins is based on the ones given up too?

For instance, I have Dunkmaster, Academy and Lord for Darius + Final Boss and Greybeard for Veigar. If I forged a new permanent with Dunkmaster, Academy and Greybeard I should get a pretty dope skin for another champ.

Long story short - I have a bunch of skins for the same few champs that I would like to forge for the chance of a new skin permanent for a champ I don't have.

The rule of thumb that I've heard and think is pretty solid. Do not RR 1350 or above shards. Disenchant them. RR 950 and below. I've rr'd 3 1350 skin shards before and got a Legacy 520 RP skin that definitely looks... old as all get out. They're better used for their essence into which they disenchant.
