Game Queue kick button?

So, i hope it is not just me; but are you people tired of losing because of instalockers and trolls? Well i have an idea and i hope it becomes a reality. I had the idea of adding a majority vote kicking button in the game queue during champ selection. Basically, you you need the majority of the people to kick a troller or an instalocker before the match goes through that way people can have fun and play the game instead of having to deal with a 'troller' or someone who instalocks a champion It is just an idea, but i want to hear feed back from my fellow LoL community. Also i know that is what team-builder is for; but there are also trolls, but as i said before i just want feed back on this idea.
