yeah I replied. Its only taken them 3+ years and multiple huge nerfs on evelynn to finally ask us what we think. Joy.

Riot can go fuck themselves. And their young as fuck dev's that don't know shit about balance or depth only complexity.

I think it's time you realize that Evelynn is pretty much impossible to balance due to poor design; straight buffs can make her horrendously oppressive. Her passive is essentially "my enemies pay more for wards and I can see them", and a lot of her power is loaded into that passive. She has very little mechanical depth between her auto-target Q, self-cast speed boost, and point-and-click burst/steroid, and her ult makes very little sense on what is supposed to be an assassin.

That's actually exactly what it was.

Overall they're giving her both spells.

Took an extra patch. But they can call it a buff after this.

I'm pretty sure it was slightly better. Considering her base MS isn't that high. But Maybe I'm wrong and it really has been just that shit since her rework.

Either way I want post stun removal eve back where Q/E did damage.
