Give Borders to the Summoner Depending on what Division they are in

I recently just hit gold 5 but sadly i didn't get gold before the end of season 3. I understand that I shouldn't get the icon or championship skin, but i feel like i should get the border. I think that it would also be easier to tell if u have silver, gold or plat teammates. Just a preference of mine I know that it might be hard to put this in during season 4 but maybe season 5. Thanks!
