I got banned for absolutely no reason?

Okay, so I honestly do play frequently. Occasionally, I do tend to mess around and try to be funny with my team mates, but I never am toxic. I tried logging in today and it said that my account was suspended until June 14, 2015. It said to check my email for further discussion, but I haven't gotten an email to the e-mail that is linked to the account.

The only reason that I'm worried is that I did nothing wrong, and just because people are reporting you randomly it's becoming a matter of banning without even investigating. I have a Teamwork banner and it would be a shame if it was lost to something like this.
