I was told to post on reddit if I was at 999 normal wins because apparently I have the chance to play with a Riot employee, so I posted on reddit and was told to post here. I'm not sure if this is true and I wanted clarification on the matter, I was also curious if it was possible to let my friend play in the same game because he is about to hit level 30. Just curious and hopeful.

You can honestly play with them whenever... people just always found it "special" for some reason when they were about to hit 1000.
I'm sure you can find a few whether you have 300 wins or 1000
I randomly played with one yesterday (or Saturday... I don't remember) in a Ranked. I was a little starstruck! I think it made me try a bit harder too. We won!
I don't know what number to use anymore, Normal wins or normal wins with Team Builder wins. :(
