Item Concept: Demon-Bane Cost: 2336 gold Build Path: item 2140 item 2137 item 2138 item 2139 item 2003 item 2004 + 666 gold

Stats: 500% Health Regain

Unique Passive: Scatter Shadow Any Teemo (ally or enemy) within 5000 units is revealed (even if stealthed), and marked with the debuff "Creature of Hell"

Unique Active: Hellbound Deals 666 (+100% Target Max Health) as true damage to the nearest unit marked with "Creature of Hell". Cooldown 42 seconds.

Unique Passive: Indomitable Killing a Unit maked with "Creature of Hell" resets this items cooldown.

Seems a bit underpowered...

Perhaps it also affects every Veigar, Shaco, and Warwick?

I know they're not overpowered I'm only participating in the joke
