Reports, false reports, and generally abuse of the tribunal system.

sometimes, like just like 80% of the community i have that one game where i get mad. but a very vast majority of the time i don't dishonor myself as i am sure many of you do as well. and then there are games where you maybe say one thing in the entire game or nothing at all. and you get reported just out of spite. I'm just curious if there are plans of implementing (if not already) a way for our servers to record how many reports one makes. and how many are justified. because i feel like i get a lot of reports for no apparent reason. like the game that just ended i was mad but i was not directing it at anyone but lag. not once did i say anything negative directed at someone else or put someone down on a play that went south. but yet i still get reports.. anybody else feel like this is a good idea and worth considering? i realize that this is probably at the bottom of riots concerns right now but couldn't we just implement some way to record how many reports and then an account can be flagged to look into it? i feel like this is the best possible solution with the least amount of effort to address this. feedback appreciated or if someone wants to add something i'm interested in feedback on the subject.
