Your League pet peeves?

I have a pet peeve about league and it got me thinking if any other players have their own trivial pet peeves. Just small things that most people would probably find ridiculous.

So to start off, my pet peeve is the Total Biscuit of rejuvenation. I refuse to use it even though it would be best for my ADC champs. I may be wrong but I'm assuming it's an homage to the sexist, cancer wishing (the irony) just all around asshole Totalbiscuit. I don't and will not use this item.

So, what's your pet peeve?!

Dieing over 10 times.

If I die 10 times it means the game has gone very very badly for a long time and we lost.

If I die 4 times, is a sign of a bad game..

I know I'm bronze and we make mistakes, but when I see other people dieing over 10 times... it's pretty bad...

Playing a melee champion with no ranged spells of any sort, and my own allied caster minions will stop JUST out of range of a turret to attack other caster minions, instead of body blocking the tower like they should. So I just have to stand there flailing around until one of the minions wins and I can do something to the lane.

Autos that follow you through a flash and kill you, or flashes that go off at the instant you die, so either way you get nothing out of it and you still waste flash. Never fails to irritate me.

When people come to my lane and gank and start taking my cs for no reason. I'm okay with them taking the kill. BUT BY GOD, IF YOU START TAKING MY CS AND START PUSHING MY LANE MY FURY KNOWS NO BOUNDS.

Forgetting my hotkeys (flashing instead of igniting... lol), instalocking, rude MasterYi , not accepting the game, Lux , Morgana , Garen , buying the wrong items and forgetting to press undo instead of sell...

A couple things: People who have no idea how strategic health relics are in ARAMS and leave them behind even when walking right next to them; People who don't know or seemingly not even wanting to use Thresh lanterns; Minion tangle, SOOO annoying since a few patches ago and still not fixed well (I was locked against my own turret by my own minions getting tower-dived once and died as a result).

Black Cleaver. I have no real idea why, but I can never buy it. Maybe I subconsciously feel like it's too hybrid for me. On my top lane Gnar I always get either Sunfire or BoRK first.

When a minion wave runs into the turret, and it targets the caster minions before the melee minions, I'm just like wtf is this targeting.
