Does a 5v5 Border Show Up In Normal or Ranked Solo/Duo?
Or does the ranked 5v5 say challenger border only show up when im playing a ranked 5v5 match?

It will show up as long as you're playing on Summoner's Rift, doesn't matter if you're playing normals, ranked, or team builder.
It shows up in Ranked Teams (5v5) and every other queue (Normal / Co-op VS AI / Custom) in all maps (Summoner's Rift, Crystal Scar, Twisted Treeline, Howling Abyss).
