Rengar Disabled (Patch 6.4)
Why is 
disabled after the Patch 6.4 came out??? Can anyone tell me because it didn't say anything on the Patch notes.

It's a bug that is significantly game breaking that he was disabled. It has nothing to do with the patch notes
Aatrox jump has been broken in the patch, it can visually remove the champion from the screan so he can attack without being targetted by enemies.
I'm not entirely sure, but I think Rengar has the same problem
