Needing help/advice for streaming

So I am a small streamer who is mostly just getting his start Ive got the basics down and all but I know I need to find: 1) More ways to interact with my audience (i.e. Music, bot interactions) which I have no idea how to do I do bad with written instructions and get discouraged quickly; 2) Creating overlays to aesthetically make the stream more appealing, I have for several weeks been looking for someone to design overlays for in game and one out of game one and found no way of contacting someone to do so, or when I do they don't follow through or stop responding. 3) I know one of the best ways to spread your stream and draw people in is through montage/ compilation videos, however as you're probably getting the idea I am not too technologically inclined and not very educated in editing such things let alone how to save clips how would someone go about this?

I'm really just a small guy trying to find his way in a very crowded market obviously. I want to be able to bring my stream quality up to the "industry" standards so that aesthetically and interactively it meets everyone elses standards. Past that I believe my personality can shine through once I get some momentum rolling. However it is quite difficult to keep the energy going when 3 people are watching ( this is a character flaw that I am working on and I know also one of my biggest issues in growing) however Ive had a couple very successful days with over 20 viewers and those days are awesome and everyone has fun. I want those nights to be up to par so every one watching gets the best possible experience I can bring them. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Be it just advice or even walking through these things with me it would mean a great deal to me!

Thank You any help really is appreciated!

P.S. Not putting stream name on thread as I am not here to promote but get help I will not be a shameless plugger!

If you're working irl:

have a draw every week for 5 bucks in RP to people who sub you, keep it consistent Consistency is very important. especially in stream times

have a weekly play together that you are guaranteed to upload, many players who watch streams would love to be on youtube. (mute the flamers and trollers, do not react to them, unless that is who youre trying to portray yourself as

Pretend nobody is watching and act out your show the same as you originally intended

By streaming, you are becoming a persistent character icon

Whether its 3 people, 30 or 300, you should never change how you portray yourself online

Im sure tv show hosts have shitty days but they never show it because thats in the business. and look! they have a tv show

talk with your people, even if its 1 person,

take challenges or community ideas for your games
