Now riot, every patch can you please stop messing with out settings its annoying having to spend 5 to 10 minutes fixing our settings and getting banned because of it. Second, please help me my game keep crashing when ever I tried to go into game it sucks. That's is all, Riot please help me!

what do you mean getting banned because of it? you can change your settings by creating a custom game and doing it there. they don't change them every patch. they just updated everything last patch. new interface on that front
