Mastery grade is not based solely on your KDA. It's an average of several factors like CS, maybe wards, gold, objectives. It doesn't matter if you go 10000/0/0, a shitty CS or other score will drag the grade down.
Your farm is meh and you placed down 9 wards in a 47 minute game. Yes, your KDA was great, but being a good player is more than what your KDA is. Mechanics are more than getting kills. Champion mastery isn't just about combat or mechanics, it's also game knowledge which your score seems to be reflected on as well as your mechanics.
Just ward more and cs a bit better. For a game that long, you should have had at least 200-300 cs.
Farm game not strong enough.
Another thing that helps improve your grade is being in a premade party. You get bonus points towards your grade based on the number of people in your party. If you are playing in a full premade party, then you will receive a higher grade than if you got the same exact score (KDA, CS, etc.) while playing solo.
You need to upgrade your ward and stuffs
Do you even ward?
Your team needs to do good too.
