Using Wooxy/Rainbow Indicators

I am using Rainbow Indicators/Wooxy and the thread/forum said that Wooxy is safe to use and you won't be banned. I was using Rainbow Indicators and it doesn't give you any advantages in skillshots it just looks nice since its had a rainbow color to the skillshot "line". It doesn't give the summoner an advantage and many people use Wooxy and Wooxy doesn't give me an advantage either so I'm very lost and I just got banned 6/20/16. Please Riot Employees can you help me and why I got banned. :(

item 3362 Riot needs to pay attention to theses things since your not suppose to get banned for things like this yet you get banned anyway. Riot come one what if this guy spent a lot of money on his account if so now its just money wasted. So please unban this guys account item 3026 .

If you are 100% sure this is an error, contact support @ https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us

Be mindful that if you are breaking a rule by using a different program and are trying to get your account unbanned; it will not work, as 3rd party checks don't usually cause redflags. Wooxy should not get you banned from what I know.
