Champion Organisation Improvements

Does anyone know of a website where I can put all of my champions I play for each roll in tier of my own opinion? Looking for anything that will stop me from playing a new mid laner every game in ranked, or picking Cassiopeia 30 games in a row. It would be a lot more convenient then everyone making a word document list of things. Is this a shared idea or am I the only one looking for something like this?

BONUS: Being able to categorize, and search "Heavy cc, Ap, Escapes..." for example, and the champs i put in each category filter out.

Checks a box for mid, my mid champs come out. Checks a box for ap, both my ap champs and mid laners come out. Clicking Early game presure, heavy cc, or late game carry, brings the according champs out.

And if I just missed something like this somewhere, id love to see it!
