Looking for video editer

Hello I am looking for someone that is good at creating lol videos. I have multiple recordings of me playing and i would like to hire someone interested in making highlight reels that I can upload to youtube. I will ofc pay per video created. Here's what I have and what I'm expecting

I have around 20 hours of time recorded.

I would like multiple 4 minute video highlights with a champion music etc created. I will gladly pay per highlight created. I would like this to be ongoing and not just a one time thing. Meaning weekly, say monday I get u the videos and Friday they are uploaded to my youtube. This can be some good money if you're interested.
