Not refundable, hmm, question and idea. (I posted this elsewhere, but was informed to post it here.)

So some items are not refundable. I understand the reason behind it. it actually makes sense. But. . . . . I have a question and an idea being it's not available at the current time. If something is unintentionally purchased, even a Not Refundable item. Why not give a short period, perhaps 180 to 500 seconds where a person can still be issued a refund.

I bring this up because of a ticket I just submitted. My nephew got on my computer looking at things, which wasn't a problem, well, until he spent 3549 RP. I immediately went to the purchase tab to try and refund it. Within perhaps 30 seconds, as I saw him do it from about 10 feet away, and yet. Not refundable. So why not for instances of accidental purchase, give people a short buffer to immediately refund in case the purchase was accidental. For example a way to prevent people from finding an exploit. Make it so purchases aren't finalized until after the short buffer of 180 to 500 seconds (3 to 5 minutes for those not wanting to do math.)
